This is not an easy task if you view it as a competitive world with limited resources. However, by changing your perspective, integrating new ideas and tools in your approach, and taking action toward continuous improvement, you can prepare yourself for Quantum Leaps in your career.
Creative Career Path is my online column with DAIJOB.com, which provides a continuous source of new ideas and resources each week. The column has been running continously since April of 2009, and is also syndicated each Monday in the DAILY YOMIURI Newspaper, one of Japan’s leading English daily papers.
